General Questions
What forms of payment do you take?
We currently accept all major forms of credit and debit cards through Stripe’s secure transaction platform.
We no longer accept PayPal for card transactions. If you would like to know more about why, check out this article.
Why are your website images so small and pixelated on my large computer screen?
The reason that our images are so small and look a bit pixelated on larger monitors is because we drop the resolution for the internet. Because we drop the photo size (and the file size at the same time), our webpages load much faster than some other photographers’ websites do.
I see this word “giclée” on your website. What does that mean?

Product Questions
What kind of paper do you use for your photos?
We use archival (acid-free) luster (or semi-gloss) paper for our beautiful fine art photo prints. This choice yields the best results for color and quality of the image in addition to enduring for many years to come.
Do you offer matting or framing services?
Yes we do offer matting and framing services. Currently, you can choose from 3 different styles of picture frame. We choose a mat which we feel will best compliment the photo print you order.
I see a photo I want to buy which isn’t listed in your store. Can I still buy it?
If you see a photo you want to buy which we aren’t currently featuring in our store, then please email us with which photo it is that you want. Include a page where the photo is currently displayed and tell us from top to bottom, then left to right (if relevant), which photo it is in addition to what it depicts.
We don’t guarantee that we will have a saleable copy of it, but we will let you know either way.
I see a watermark on your photo. I don’t want to buy a print with a watermark. Can you remove it for me?
We remove the watermarks for all of our fine art prints. We only watermark our photos for online use. Don’t worry. Your fine art print will be pristine and watermark-free when you receive it.
Why are your prices so high?
That’s a very good question. Believe it or not, there’s a lot more that clicking a shutter which goes into creating fine art photography. There’s a lot of planning and processing which we do behind-the-scenes.

Shipping Questions
How do you ship me my photo order?
We ship our prints (not framed, not matted) rolled in shipping tubes. This is to protect them from bending and other damage in addition to cutting down your cost for shipping.
Matted and framed prints are shipped in high quality fine art boxes with lots of padding. This is to protect both the glass and the picture frame from damage during shipping. Up to 3 different framed prints can be shipped together in the same box if they are similarly sized.
Do you offer overnight or next day shipping?
No. That is not a service we currently offer but we may offer it at some point in the future. Keep checking back.
Do you ship internationally?
We may offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. If you live outside of the US, then use the International Shipping tab on the photo(s) you want to order. We will obtain and give you a quote for your rate. Then you can decide from there.
What shipping company do you use?
Most of the time, we use FedEx to drop ship your order to you. On occasion, we may use another carrier such as USPS.
When will I receive my order?
Because we custom print to order, we require about 10 business days to get your photo order ready for shipping. Then, we estimate it should arrive in about 7-10 business days.
If there’s a major holiday during this window (like Christmas), your order will probably take longer to arrive due to the volume of mail and packages everyone is sending.

What is your refund policy?
We do offer a refund policy. Use this link to read up on it.
Do you offer film processing or develop old negatives?
No. That is not a service we currently offer. We do not intend to offer this service at all.
What photo services DON’T you offer?
There are several kinds of photography services which we do not offer at all. These include:
- Wedding Photography
- Portrait Photography (babies, couples, families, seniors, maternity, engagements, etc.)
- Event Photography (family reunions, conferences, etc.)
- Passport Photos
- Photo Editing (improve someone else’s photo)
