Summing up this paragraph, my landscape photo “Winter Storm Brewing” received the ‘Winter Award 2023.’ I do love it when the award title matches up with the subject depicted. It happens sometimes.
We do receive snowfall in Bryce Canyon every winter. However, it may not stay as long as hoped. So, when it does fly, I must make time to go out and take landscape photos within a couple days or so. Such was the story behind this photo. It was a cold blue hour evening and I decided to try the Boat Mesa with the snow. There was a storm brewing so I didn’t want to stay very long. However, a short trip was thankfully all I needed for the shot both from a weather and a personal comfort standpoint.
So, what do you think of my landscape photo and its new award? Do you like it? Do you hate it? Does it deserve the award it just received? Please leave your thoughts in the comments section below.
