Water.  It’s essential for life as we know it.  Water covers so much of the planet’s surface.  Water certainly plays such a huge part in our lives.  It’s little wonder that water appears so much in landscape photography.  It carves and also shapes the land.  It adds interest and character to an otherwise bland landscape.  Indeed, I take my fair share of water landscape photographs.

So, today we feature water landscapes for your viewing pleasure.  Each place is basically a unique location which was carved out over time by the water. The water, which is such a key feature in the scene, is undeniably prominently featured in each landscape photo displayed below.

So, we hope that you’ve enjoyed seeing all of these landscape photos featuring water.  Specifically, I’ve shown photos ranging from streams, rivers, and waterfalls to lakes to the ocean.  Additionally, I even feature some frozen water with ice and snow.  Indeed, there’s water everywhere.

Obviously, I do love me some watery landscape scenes.  As a matter of fact, I keep coming back to them in my photography endeavors.  Other photographers feel similarly judging by their portfolio offerings.

So, what do you think of all these water landscape photographs?  Do you love them?  Do you hate them?  Perhaps your feelings are more like something in between or in another direction entirely?  Do you feel differently about some of them than others?  Please share your thoughts in the comments section below.  I particularly look forward to reading your feedback in the matter.
