Last week, we received another exciting email.  It contained the unexpected news that another one of our beautiful landscape photographs had received an award.  We quickly opened it to find out which photo had won and what award it had won: “Gone Fishing.”

It turns out that one of more recent photos, titled “Gone Fishing,” had received an award from Viewbug.  This award is called the Peer Choice Award.

We delighted that the judges decided to award our photo with an award which, according to the email, is a new award on the website.

A little about this photo, it’s taken at a sportsman’s access on the American Falls Reservoir at dawn.  That is the only time which you can capture the stillness in the water.  The mirrored surface only happens that time of day so it can be worth it to get up extra early and make the trip.

This photo is a part of the Grand Teton Council collection.  We donate a part of the proceeds from sales to help build scouting in this area.  If you want to display this award-winning landscape photograph and help build outdoors and leadership programs for youth at the same time, then just follow this link to our online store and buy a print today.
