Hello, hello, hello. It’s time once again, landscape photography fans. It’s again time for a BTS video feature. I have several, if you couldn’t already tell. This time, I’m taking you behind-the-scenes with a gorgeous little corner. It’s a behind-the-scenes (BTS) video of a little fall waterfall I found.
It’s not always the big sweeping views which make for the best landscape photos. Conversely, sometimes the smaller and more intimate views are the better route. Such was the case with this scene.
I wanted something different in my landscape photography portfolio. I felt it needed some autumn leaves. So, when I found myself near a good option, I took advantage of it. We made the trip up to the park and I scouted around for the perfect shot.
The light left a bit to be desired. The more harsh direct sunlight of afternoon overhead made things look bad. Still, I managed to find this little corner. It was shady. That’s what I needed. The light was even and also the water was flowing. Fallen autumn leaves littered the area.
I set up my tripod and then framed my camera. Thankfully, this spot was out-of-the-way. Other park visitors didn’t bother me. I could take all the photos I wanted without interference. This doesn’t happen often, so I was enjoying the opportunity. I captured this photo during this photo shoot.
If you want to know more about this photo shoot, I’ve got you covered. You can pick up more behind-the-scenes information on this fall waterfall photo in this article. There you can learn more about my experience in the field.
So, now I turn things over to you reader. What do you think of my fall waterfall photo now that you can see the BTS video? Does it add something to the photo for you?
